   On October 24 and 25, 2021, Shanghai TellingSafety Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Telling")successfully held the third quarter conference of 2021 in Suzhou, JiangsuProvince. In the whole two days, nearly 70 participants exchanged views on thegrowth process of Shanghai Telling, changes in the external situation, how tobuild a learning organization, the analysis of the operation of variousbusiness departments and branches, as well as the problems encountered by theenterprise in the process of operation and countermeasures.    At the beginning of the conference, thechairman of the board of directors, Zhang Qing made an important speech. ChairmanZhang Qing reviewed the growth process of Shanghai Telling, focusing on thedevelopment process of Suzhou Telling. Chairman Zhang Qing said that theunderlying logic of business is interlinked, and success is to do things inline with the law. Enterprises can only go further if they are down-to-earthand develop step by step.

   Gu Tianfu, executive deputy general managerof Q&H (Shanghai) Consultancy Services Co., Ltd, made a speech from theaspects of compliance construction, standardized delivery, business review andwork planning. Mr. Gu focused on analyzing the importance of enterprisecompliance from the perspective of "Social Fire Protection TechnicalService Management Regulations".

   Zhang Lian, executive deputy generalmanager of Suzhou Branch, made a speech on the business data in the first threequarters of 2021, the company's problems, and the specific ideas and methodsfor completing the year's tasks.

   Wang Guanghua, the head of Shanghai TellingRail Business Department, made a speech on the operation of the company's railprojects. Mr. Wang focused on reporting the existing problems of the railbusiness department, and put forward the concept and method of comprehensivevisual management for the existing problems.

   Tang Qu’an, deputy director of Shanghai TellingSafety Research Center, delivered a speech on the theme of "Exploring theDevelopment Direction of Integration of Technical Security and FireSafety", from the situation of the world's leading safety companies, theintegration of different safety fields, and the integration of technical securityand fire safety. He focused on the connotation and scope of the integration ofthe security field and the fire protection field.

   Wu Haitao, head of the quality supervisiondepartment and senior engineer, made a speech on the overview of duties,performance of duties, continuous improvement, and work planning. Before hisspeech, Mr. Wu said that it is his "honor" and "lucky" tobe able to join Shanghai Telling.    Huang Yaoan, head of the engineeringdepartment, made a speech from the aspects of quarterly work overview, workcompletion, project achievement display, work objective plan, etc., andespecially put forward the concept of project life cycle management, whichneeds to look at the project from the perspective of the owner, the builder andthe operator respectively.

   The five project leaders of Suzhou Branch,Chen Weidong, Li Xiang, Zha Jianfeng, Li Guilin, and Zhu Zhihai, took the stageto give speeches, summarizing the work in the third quarter, and expounding theideas of future work.

   Ye Longchuan, an expert in the field offire protection, delivered a speech as a special guest, focusing on thetechnical details, promotion and application of Patterson pumps, and proposedthat the risk assessment should include the safety assessment of the fireprotection system.

   As a special guest, Li Dong, chairman ofShenzhen Zhongruiheng Management Planning Co., Ltd., delivered a speech at themeeting. Mr. Li said that he had been dealing with Shanghai Telling for manyyears and highly recognized the corporate culture of Shanghai Telling. Mr. Lishared his views on the development of the fire protection industry. Mr. Lisaid that although there are still some objective problems in the fireprotection industry, the fire protection industry is the rigid demand of thesociety, and the fire service institutions operating legally and in compliancewill surely usher in the spring of the fire protection industry. Mr. Li alsoemphasized the importance of project managers for enterprise development fromthe perspective of long-term development, and shared in detail the experienceof training project managers.
